Tim brings more than 10 years of coaching experience at both the travel and Little League levels, with a proven passion for developing athletes and building successful teams. As a key contributor to the growth of Avon Softball, he helped lead Little League teams to the sectional finals while fostering a culture of hard work, confidence, and team-first play.

nts and help players reach their potential makes him a valuable member of the Dukes organization.

Tim currently serves as the Head Coach of the Lady Dukes CT Select 16U team, where he is committed to developing and preparing his players to thrive as a team compete at the highest level.
