Although the state has no shortage of teams, there is a shortage of high quality, value-oriented organizations where like-minded, student-athletes can develop, compete, and gain exposure to a broad array of college coaches.  As stated, The Lady Duke’s mission is to “strive to provide the girls with the best access to quality instruction, skill development, and national level competition while pursuing opportunities to play at the college level.”  The Lady Dukes is now the only, truly national program in Connecticut, with over 200 teams across the country (and growing).

We are honored and humbled to continue this mission in Connecticut.  A quick internet search will yield a plethora of Lady Dukes recruits from all over the country attending “Power 5” Division I schools to high academic Division III schools.  While that is certainly impressive, the catalyst in joining the Lady Dukes is the organization’s sense of community, family, and perspective on giving back.  These values will be instilled in our culture, or how we do things.  Sometimes the importance of the journey gets lost in the present.
