Coach Rob brings passion, leadership, and a proven track record of success to the Lady Dukes CT organization. Over 10+ years as a dedicated youth coach, he has helped shape players both on and off the field, emphasizing fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence.

In 2021, Coach Rob guided his Little League team to a Connecticut State Championship, followed by an impressive run as the Eastern Region Runner-Up and a memorable appearance in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. His ability to elevate players’ performance at the highest levels of youth competition reflects his commitment to preparation, positivity, and player development.

Coach Rob serves as the JV softball coach at Manchester High School, where he continues to mentor student‑athletes and foster a competitive, supportive environment.
