A former Division I player and captain at St. Bonaventure University, Rayna bring more than a decade of coaching experience and deep commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Her leadership at St. Bonaventure was so impactful that the program established an award in her name honoring the leadership and lasting impact she had on the team. 

As Vice President of Avon Little League, she led a 10-year community effort to bring a new softball facility to Avon, helping address longstanding disparities between softball and baseball facilities in town. Her commitment to the game and to creating better opportunities for young female athletes extends well beyond the field. With more than 10 years of experience coaching both travel softball and Little League, Rayna brings a combination of high-level playing experience, competitiveness, and a genuine passion for helping young athletes reach their potential.
