With over two decades of coaching excellence, Coach Mike has become a cornerstone of the softball community, known for developing elite athletes and fostering a culture of grit, growth, and teamwork. As the head coach of Avon High School's varsity softball team and leader of the Lady Dukes CT travel program, Coach Mike has guided countless players to collegiate programs and championship titles.

 In 2025, Coach Mike and his assistant coach were honored as the ATEC/NFCA Region X High School Coaching Staff of the Year, a testament to their strategic leadership, player development, and unwavering commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
