Coach Emily strives to create an inclusive and respectful environment where players can grow holistically as students, athletes, individuals, and leaders.
During her undergraduate stint at Fordham University, Coach Emily was a member of the Club Softball Team. Serving as the team’s President for two years, she took on a dual role as player and coach. In this role, Coach Emily encouraged a competitive and inclusive environment for fellow students. She was named to the National Club Softball Association (NCSA) All-New England First Team twice and to the All-American First Team once.
Prior to Fordham, Coach Emily was a four-year varsity starter for Stafford High School in Connecticut. As a freshman, she was an outfielder for Stafford’s 2018 Class S State Championship team. She continued to play shortstop and pitch for the Bulldogs over the next three years. As a senior, Coach Emily earned NCCC All-Conference honors and All-State honors. She played travel softball for CT Mayhem.
Currently pursuing a Master of Education in Athletic Leadership at Springfield College, Coach Emily continues to develop as a coach and leader in sports. She served as an assistant coach at Stafford High School during the 2026 season, where she instructed, challenged, and supported student-athletes.
