As we turn the page into a new year, it’s natural to pause and reflect—on where we’ve been, where we’re headed, and what we want the next chapter to look like. For athletes and families, this is often the moment to consider whether your current environment is helping you grow in all the ways that matter.

Are you developing as a player the way you hoped?

These aren’t questions with right or wrong answers—they’re simply part of making sure every athlete is on a path that aligns with her goals.

As an organization, we’re doing that same reflection. Over the past year, we’ve grown into a competitive presence in the Connecticut fast‑pitch community. And as part of the national Lady Dukes organization—over 200 teams strong across the country and growing—we’re able to offer resources, connections, and opportunities that extend far beyond state lines.

To our current Lady Dukes CT players and families, we want to take a moment to express how grateful we are to have you as part of our Dukes family. The trust you place in us—your time, your commitment, and your belief in our program—means more than we can say. Working with your athletes and building relationships with each of you is truly the heart of what we do. We’re excited for the year ahead and fully committed to helping every player continue to grow, compete, and chase her goals in 2026.
